My Journey To Normality (Part 1)

I just got back from my session with the psychologist and I followed Mandy's advice and told her everything. I want the people here to know all the information so they can make the best decisions on my treatment. I hope it helps. She said she's gonna come see me in the ward on Wednesday to give me some stuff to fill out. I need to see the doctor to review my medication and ask about going back to work. I really want to be able to go to work from the hospital because it gets so boring sitting around doing nothing. When I'm not doing anything I get increasingly agitated and I don't know what to do to calm myself down. The anti psychotic that I'm on is called risperidone, I take it twice a day and I hate being on it. It makes me more numb then ever and I'm sure it's making me ill. I'm refusing to take it. I just really need to get out of here for a few hours because I can feel myself getting overwhelmed by everything, that's going on here. Just need to go out and relax. Failing that go out and buy new blades to cut with, smuggle them back into the ward.
