So Jack messaged me because they're annoyed I talked about them and what happened between us on social media. First of all if I ever talk about someone on social media I either don't mention names or change them. Unless you know me in real life you wouldn't know who I'm talking about. Secondly, Jack posts poems aimed at people online all the time, so how is what I'm doing any different? Also they hurt me and I'm allowed to talk about that if I want to, if they don't like it don't read it. Lastly what were they hoping to gain by messaging me? If they don't want me to talk about them then messaging me achieves the exact opposite of what they want. They're stirring up an argument and I'm gonna talk about that.
It seems at the moment I can't go a day without drama. I haven't written so much in my journal in forever. I told Mandy that I've written about her online and she doesn't mind. She gets that she was and is a big part of my life and of course I'm gonna write about her. This isn't gonna stop me from posting what I want on social media. I've said over and over again, I want people to see every detail of someone's journey going through mental health. Let people know they aren't alone, that feeling low isn't bad, that recovery isn't easy but not impossible. I only started my Instagram account in January this year and I've already saved lives and encouraged people to get help. I'm making a positive impact on people's lives and that makes everything I do worth it. Even making one person's life better is worth Jack being annoyed at me. So this isn't gonna stop me posting. If they can't understand that then I don't need them in my life.
