"Isn't it bad luck to look better than the bride on her wedding day?" Eobard smirked as I stood in front of his cell with my arms folded across my chest.
I groaned, "Stop trying to flirt with me." All I had to do today was bring him breakfast, but now I get this harassment.
"I'm not flirting, I'm just stating the obvious," He smirked and then laughed eating his cereal, "Tell me you don't love the constant attention I give you."
I rolled my eyes, but I knew Eobard was right, I did love every second of it. "Hurry up with your cereal," I sighed.
Eobard laughed, "I'll hurry up when you decide to go home with me."
"I told you no," I snapped.
He smirked, "That's not a reason on why you won't go with me."
I glared, "I won't go with you because I love Barry...not you."
Eobard slid the cereal bowl through the food slot, and I took it from his hand. Quickly, he grabbed my wrist, and smirked quietly, "You just keep telling yourself that, sweetheart."
"I'll keep telling myself that when pigs fly," I glared.
I stood with my arm linked in Barry's outside on the beautiful spring day, we had the CD mixtape playing on a portable radio, and Ronnie and Stein stood in front of everyone. "Is this actually binding?" Ronnie asked suspiciously.
I leaned over to Barry and whispered, "Remind me to not plan our wedding outside, because the bugs are eating me alive."
"My father made me become a rabbi before he would send me to MIT," Stein looked in my general direction and laughed, "This will be 'legit', as the kids say."
Ronnie shook his head, "No kids say that."
"Let's not fight on our wedding day," Stein smirked. Caitlin joined Ronnie, and all of the other guests crowded around the couple to have the best view. "If it's alright with everyone, I'd like to skip all the Hebrew since only one other person would know what was going on," He laughed.
Martin sighed, "I've learned a lot about merging one's life with another this past year," Barry pulled me closer and I grinned, "Yet, for all the incredible advancements in science we've all been party to, the mystery that brings two people together through love is still the province of magic. Mr. Ramon, the rings please."
Cisco knelt down between Ronnie and Caitlin, and he presented their two gold rings on the palms of his hands. Both of them slid the rings onto each other's fingers, and Ronnie bashfully smiled, "I owe you a real ring."
"I don't need one," Caitlin grinned, "I have everything and everyone that I could ever need right here. And...if all the events of the past year have led us to this moment, it was worth it. I love you, Ronnie."
Stein grinned, "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."
"Stop telling me what to do," Ronnie joked before sweetly kissing his new wife.
They pulled their lips away, gazed in each other's eyes as everyone cheered, and Caitlin took the yellow bouquet from Cisco who had swapped it out of their rings. She turned to face the opposite direction of the crowd to throw the flowers, and in an unswift manor, she threw in a near straight line...directly at my face.
Before I could even blink, all I saw were yellow flowers directly in my face.
If that wasn't an omen, then I don't know what is.
