The CCPD decided to launch an attack on Doctor Alchemy with the help of Barry and Wally. Wally's visions have only intensified since he has been in the Pipeline, and he said that Alchemy was calling out for him.

We don't have eyes in Alchemy's lair, so we had to rely on Barry to tell us what's going on. Something was going terribly wrong. Shots were fired in the lair after Barry yelled at Joe to shoot, something happened to Wally, and none of the CCPD officers were responding.

Suddenly, the map showing Barry's location started beeping erratically; the Flash marker was showing up all over the map at the same time, and Barry's vitals were going crazy.

"What's happening?" Iris asked, looking at the digital map.

"I don't know, the suit's tracker must be malfunctioning," Cisco rushed to explain, "It says that he's appearing and reappearing all over the city at once, and that's impossible, he can't be moving that fast."

I stated, trying my best to figure out how to help Barry, "He can't, but maybe something else can."

Cisco shouted, pointing to the monitor, "Look, it stopped! He's at the water front."

I rushed from behind the desk, staring at the monitor that showcased Barry's vitals and his marker. "Something went wrong, we have to get to him," I said, worry was in my voice.

"And do what? He's fighting an invisible force that's too fast to track," Cisco snapped. I sighed, trying to think of something, anything we could do.

It's most likely a speedster. Possibly human. It can teleport. It knew where Barry would be.

"If I may," HR stated, "I have a plan."

"No!" Cisco shot down.

HR turned back to Cisco, begging to let him share his stupid idea, "It's a pretty good plan."

Assuming this thing is also a speedster, I would be of little to no help on the field since it's moving way too fast for me to hold onto its particles.

"Put your god damn hand down," Cisco snapped.

One way to stop a speedster is . . . the cold.

"It's a question of numbers," HR began to explain, "Right now, it seems to be one against one, what if, it was three against one. You know what I'm saying?"

I rushed back to the console, and hastily explained, "Cisco, you can open a breach and get yourself and Caitlin to the waterfront."

Caitlin meekly held up her wrists, showing off the power-dampening cuffs, "Guy's, I can't. It's too dangerous."

"It's the only way, Caitlin!" I snapped, "I'm begging you. If anything goes wrong, Cisco can breach me in."

Cisco and Caitlin looked at each other and nodded.

________

I paced between Caitlin's lab where Wally's cocoon was and the Cortex with my hands on the back of my head. Everything had gone to shit in the last six hours.

Wally was inside a cocoon because he touched some gem in Alchemy's lair, there was now a speedster god named Savitar who wants to kill Barry, Caitlin attacked CCPD for no reason, and now has taken Julien hostage somewhere.

Knowing Julien, he's probably going to say something incredibly stupid, and is going to get frozen alive by Caitlin. Fuck.

"So they don't know why she took Julien?" Joe asked, fed up with all of this bullshit.
