Secrets (Draco x reader)

Draco explained everything to me. He told me about Voldemort giving him the task, about his aunt Bellatrix Lestrange teaching him Occlumency, about having to repair the Vanishing Cabinet and about Snape constantly bugging him about the task.

"Okay so if I understand this correctly, you have to kill Dumbledore in order to become a Death Eater?" I asked confused. "Well not exactly" Draco said which made me frown. "Technically" he started rolling up his left sleeve "I am already one." I looked at his left arm with a shocked expression.

There was a black, tattoo-like mark on Draco's arm and I immediately recognised it as the Dark Mark. "How could they do this to you?" I asked while fighting tears from forming in my eyes as I now suddenly understood everything. Draco rolled his sleeve back down and didn't dare to look up at me.

"Draco" I said softly while taking a step closer to him "I'm so sorry that you had to go through all of this and especially that you had to go through it alone." I cupped his face with my right hand as the left grabbed one of his.

Then, Draco looked up at me again and I saw the tears in his eyes. I knew that he was scared and not only for himself anymore but also for me now that I knew everything. "I'm glad that you told me" I said while looking into his eyes "You shouldn't have to bare this alone and that's what I'm here for, to help you." Draco smiled softly and I squeezed his hand a little as I gave him a loving look.

Draco continued to try and get the Cabinet to work as I tried to help where I could, but everything we tried was unsuccessful. Feeling a little defeated, we returned back to the corridor and spent the rest of the day together.

When it was time to go to our common rooms, Draco didn't want to split up and honestly, I didn't either, but we had to. "Draco, it's already getting late" I told him. "Yes y/n, I agree but that doesn't mean we have to split up." I gave him a confused look and he gave me a smirk. "Just come with me darling" he said as he reached his hand out to me.

I was having a hard time when he used that nickname, but I had to say no. "Draco, you know we're not allowed in other houses' common rooms" I tried to explain but he was having none of it. "Come in Pup, don't tell me you'd rather sit alone for the rest of the evening instead of being together."

"Damn, I really have a soft spot for this guy" I thought. "Okay fine" I said as I put my hand in his with a defeated sigh and draco smiled amused at me. "Come on, there are no other Slytherins at school right now so we have the common room all to ourselves" Draco said as he pulled me with him to the Slytherin Dungeons.

He opened the passageway to the common room and led me inside. I was stunned at the sight of the room. It had rough stone walls and ceiling on which green lamps were hanging by chains. A fire was crackling under a mantelpiece with a portrait of a serpent and because the room was below the lake, the whole place was bathed in green-tingled light.

"Wow" was all that I could say which made Draco chuckle. "Welcome Pup" he said with an amused smile. As I kept looking around, Draco led me to one of the couches and we sat down.

"This place is beautiful" I said after looking around one last time. "Maybe, but I've seen way more beautiful things" Draco said as he looked into my eyes. When I understood what he meant, I blushed a little at the compliment which made Draco smirk.

"It seems that I make you blush a lot lately, huh?" he said amused which only made me blush more. "Well how can't I when you're being so charming?" I asked playfully. "Oh so you think I'm charming then?" Draco asked with a confident look. "You have your moments" I joked which made him chuckle again.

We stayed silent for a few seconds before Draco spoke up again. "I don't know what I would do without you Pup." I smiled softly at him. "Me neither handsome" I said sweetly.

"Oh so I'm charming and handsome?" Draco asked with a playful smile "I can live with that." I laughed a little. "Of course you can mr. Malfoy Jr." When I called him that, Draco's smile turned into a mischievous smirk. "Last time you called me that" he said as he cupped my face "we had to stop. But no one's around now darling, I won't stop until you can't handle it anymore."

I couldn't help but look a little scared when he said that, but that feeling was quickly forgotten. I saw the hunger and lust in Draco's eyes, which made me bite my lower lip. "Don't do that darling" Draco said without looking away from my eyes "It will only drive me more crazy about you."

Now it was my turn to give him a mischievous smirk. I could see the burning desire in his eyes and I couldn't deny that I felt it too, so I bit my lip again, knowing exactly what I was doing. "You little devil" Draco said right before smashing his lips onto mine in a passionate and hungry kiss.
