Trevor P.O.V.
When I woke, it was near noon according to the clock on the table beside me. The sunlight filtering through the curtain told me it was really bright outside, the opposite of what it was behind my eyelids. I groaned in disappointment at my inability to keep sleeping and rose from the bed into a sitting position. I rubbed my face to wipe away some of my grogginess and looked around the floor for the pants I took off last night. I know I probably could have walked out of the room to the bathroom without much difficulty since it was just right outside the door, but the idea of Fang Face giving me shit about the size of my dick or how low my testicles hung irked me a bit too much. But then again, leave it to me to get pissed off about something that hasn't actually happened.
I grabbed my pants and made my way to the bathroom. I'd been standing there for a few moments taking a piss when I noticed that I didn't smell coffee. Strange. Guess that meant I would have to make some myself. Damn Y/N for getting me addicted to coffee in the mornings! Luckily I watched her make it, so I knew exactly where to find everything to brew up a pot. Finishing up, I made my way back to my room to at least grab a shirt before going out to the kitchen, but by the time I'd finished I could hear someone tinkering around and smell the coffee through the apartment.
Making my way down the hall, I figured that I had the opportunity to talk to Y/N about how things were going and if any progress had been made with Fang Face in the relationship department. He had it for her so bad, but it was becoming a worry between Sypha and me about whether he'd finally said more about the whole mate thing yet or not. As I got closer, however, I heard an off-tune whistling, dishes clattering and cabinets opening and closing. What I saw when I finally rounded the corner, however, was something I really wish I could have slept through.
Standing in front of the stove stood Fang Face. No shirt. Sweatpants hanging low on his hips. Fuzzy slippers with dog faces on the front. Hair still a bit wet thrown over one shoulder. Pink apron with a kitten face on the front. My greatest horrors personified.
"Morning, Belmont. Coffee will be ready shortly," he said without looking away from the pan he was moving eggs around in on the stove.
"You couldn't find something more suitable to wear?" I asked snarkily.
"I couldn't find my shirt," he laughed. "I was in a hurry to get out here and make coffee before everyone got up, so I didn't stop to grab another."
I walked back around behind him to grab a coffee cup from the cabinet so I could indulge in my new morning necessity, but when I turned back around to go the other way I was presented with his back.
"What the hell happened to you?" I asked, a little afraid to hear anything he had to say.
"What?" he turned with a puzzled look on his face only to draw up short and smirk. "I think you know, Belmont. You aren't that much of a dipshit as not to figure it out."
"Look, I can easily understand a bit of clawing on the back and shit during sex. I've had quite a few of those energetic sessions myself. But your back looks like you've been attacked by a very large cat. Or a bear. Or a pack of wolves under the impression you have better meat hidden beneath your skin somewhere."
"Well," he answered back with a laugh, "Y/N and I did have more than one encounter this morning." He then turned to look at me, a smirk on his face while wiggling his eyebrows. "Besides, you should see her."
Before I could say anything else, he'd emptied the eggs onto a plate with a croissant he'd heated in the microwave, a small bit of butter and put it onto a wooden tray that had two cups of coffee already prepared on it. He then picked up the tray and started back toward Y/N's bedroom while waving to me. Apparently he'd run across Sypha as she'd come out of the bathroom as he greeted her as well before going into the bedroom and closing the door.
